How Many Sessions?
Hypnotherapy is an extremely effective way of achieving rapid change, even if you have suffered the consequences of self limiting beliefs or negative behaviour for a lifetime.
It is possible to see positive improvements after just one session and it is rare to need more than three or four sessions.
Fees are £60 per session. This includes a CD specific to the condition you wish to treat.
Smoking
It is possible to become a non smoker after just one 90 minute session. These cost £150 and includes a CD and a follow-up session in the unlikely event that it is necessary.

Your Hypnotherapist
Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner Karen Martin has a practice at the Helios Clinic in Tunbridge Wells. She was previously at the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and belongs to the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
Karen's first encounter with hypnosis was over 20 years ago when, as a reporter on a local newspaper, she wrote a feature piece about giving up smoking. As a guinea pig who successfully quit, she continued working in the media whilst retaining a fascination for psychology and the power of the mind. This served her well during a career in the world of spin where, as a senior PR executive for controversial blue chip companies she became an expert on dealing with high pressure international media interest.
A stretch running her own full service marketing business providing services including communications training for senior management further refined the people skills which give her the edge in clinical practice today. This varied and challenging background is combined with a passionate belief in the benefits of hypnotherapy and NLP in treating an enormous range of conditions.
Karen has lived in Tunbridge Wells since the early 1990s and has two children.
