Mahi Wellbeing Retreat Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation:

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and the required deposit/payment.

2. Payment:

  • A non-refundable deposit of £400 is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

3. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unexpected events can arise that can affect your plans

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the retreat start date will receive a refund of the total amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
  • No refunds or credits Cancellations will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, or unused services.

4. Changes by Participant:

  • Changes to booking dates or participants must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes made after the booking confirmation.

5. Changes by Mahi-Mahi Yoga Retreat:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, accommodations, or instructors if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

6. Health and Safety:

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the retreat activities. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before joining the retreat.
  • Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in the retreat.

7. Liability:

  • Participation in the retreat activities is at the participant’s own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or other mishaps that may occur during the retreat.
  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings and valuables. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

8. Insurance:

  • We recommend that participants obtain travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

9. Code of Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and mindful manner throughout the retreat.
  • We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive or violates the rights of others.

10. Governing Law:

  • This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom

11. Photography and Media Consent:

  • Participants consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the retreat for promotional purposes by Mahi-Mahi Yoga Retreat. If participants do not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must inform us in writing before the retreat begins.

12. Privacy Policy:

We will collect and process personal information provided by participants in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By signing this contract, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data for the purposes of organizing and managing the retreat.

13.Feedback and Testimonials:

Participants may be invited to provide feedback or testimonials about their experience with Mahi-Mahi Yoga Retreat. By participating in the retreat, participants agree that any feedback or testimonials provided may be used for promotional purposes.
