There’s a warm, luxurious welcome waiting for you at the Mahi Wellbeing Retreat in Malta where experts in physical and emotional transformation will help you reset and connect with your inner self.

With 300 days of sunshine a year, this idyllic Mediterranean isle is a perfect destination to retreat from the winter blues and create space for personal development.  That can mean whatever you want it to mean – physical rejuvenation, healing, empowerment, discovery and growth.  Or all the above.

The daily programme starts with yoga at sunrise for those who like an early start and includes many different options to either fill the day or chill.  There’s a mix of exercise classes for the fit and not so fit, walks through the surrounding countryside, coaching for success and wellbeing and deep, meaningful rest.  Whatever your purpose or goals, the aim is to return home in better health with a higher level of optimism and resourcefulness.

You’ll be nourished by a delicious menu of local produce, prepared by our resident chef and can pamper yourself in the spa.

There’s massage and one to one personal therapy available.  Trips to the historic towns of Malta are also on offer or you can stay at home away from home and immerse yourself in the retreat experience.
